If you are a new user, you must register first.
- Visit the official KPSC Thulasi website.
- Click on "New Registration".
- Enter personal details (Name, DOB, Religion, Caste, ID Proof number).
- Create a User ID and Password.
Step 2: Upload Photo & Signature
This is where most candidates face issues. The specifications are strict.

- Click "Apply Now" next to the post you are eligible for.
